86″ Interactive Displays at Käo School

In April 2026, Lumepix equipped three classrooms at Käo Basic School with complete interactive learning solutions. Käo Basic School's mission is to provide students with the best possible environment for learning and personal development. With this goal in mind, we worked closely with the school to select the most suitable technical solution.

We installed 86-inch Hikvision DS-D5B86RB interactive displays in the classrooms. These feature a 4K UHD (3840 × 2160) anti-glare display, support up to 40 simultaneous touch points, and deliver a smooth writing experience with 2 mm touch accuracy. The displays run on a built-in Android operating system, allowing teachers to start lessons immediately without powering up a separate computer. Teaching materials, the interactive whiteboard application, and web content are all readily accessible from the display.

In classrooms designed for students with special educational needs, the physical placement of the display is just as important as its technical capabilities. For this reason, all three interactive displays were installed on RISE 2005 motorized wall lifts, allowing the screen height to be adjusted smoothly to suit each student's individual needs. This directly supports the school's inclusive approach to education by ensuring that the learning environment is accessible, meaningful, and adaptable to every student's abilities.

In addition, each display was equipped with a Hikvision DS-D5SC3B-W wireless presentation dongle, allowing teachers to share content from a laptop, tablet, or smartphone directly to the interactive display with a single button press—without connecting cables or installing software. This is particularly valuable in a classroom environment, as it keeps lessons running smoothly and helps maintain students' focus without unnecessary interruptions.

As the final stage of the project, we provided comprehensive training for the school's staff, covering both everyday classroom use and the advanced features of the interactive displays. The training ensured that teachers could confidently use the equipment from their very first lesson and adapt the technology to meet the specific needs of their students.

The Käo Basic School project is an excellent example of how the right technology—properly installed and effectively implemented—becomes an invisible tool that supports the school's core values: holistic education, collaboration, professionalism, and innovation.
